include:
- Evaluation
of the initial programme by the National Council of Applied Economic
Research (NCAERT).
- The
Staff College of Hyderabad conducted a health evaluation,
simultaneously.
- The
National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD) used the NIRPHAD model
for a case study.
- Two
presentations were made to the World Congress of Public Health
Association, on the subjects:
- "Who
is responsible for the sex of the child?- the father" (Vancouver,
Canada).
- "Computer
applications for Rural Health and development" (Arusha,
Tanzania).
- Several
articles were published in the Journal of the Christian Medical
Association related to Health and Development.
Presentations
were made by NIRPHAD at several national and International fora, but the
latest was at the National Defence College, New Delhi, on the subject:
"NGOs- role and effectiveness-altruism Vs. pragmatism".
